Planet Alpha proposes classical platforming gameplay, blended with some stealth, and some run-for-your-life boss fights. Most of the time, you will be jumping, sliding, and climbing your way through the many obstacles of this mysterious planet, avoiding pitfalls, savage animals, and even more dangerous perils. Death is entirely possible and you will end up mauled, crushed or burnt many times. Checkpoints are pretty close to one another and so you won’t have to backtrack a lot if defeated. There is no penalty for death.
