All updates are installed up to Update 3, the medicine has been replaced with ALI213

Unlike most of my repacks, this one is NOT 100% Lossless and MD5 Perfect: game resources have been decrypted (but not decompressed), and the audio tracks in the videos are embedded in them depending on the chosen language, and are not all present together
