Copy it to Root of your SD card

Enter into CWM Recovery

Install Zip from SD Card

Choose Zip from SD Card

Select [MATERIAL]Lollipop SystemUI for Xperia C[MOD].zip

Then Yes.......After Installing Reboot Your Device
